Mr. Justin Chen, of the law firm Justin & Partners, has been selected as one of the top lawyers in Taiwan, featured in the Asian Business Law Journal’s “A-List of Taiwan’s Top 100 Lawyers.” 

Mr. Chen graduated from the College of Law at National Taiwan University and later obtained a Master of Laws from Tohoku University living in Sendai from 2002 to 2005. After returning to Taiwan, he served as Managing Partner and CEO of Chien Yeh Law Offices, where he provided a wide range of legal services to Japanese companies.

Since 2017, he has been registered in Japan as a foreign lawyer (Taiwan law). He has extensive expertise in both domestic and international investment, mergers and acquisitions, listings on Taiwan’s capital markets, over-the-counter public offerings, stock privatization, corporate and group restructuring, corporate governance, as well as legal matters related to the energy, finance, and startup sectors. He is also highly experienced in managing legal risks in corporate operations.

Currently, Mr. Chen serves as Managing Partner of Justin & Partners. In addition, since 2024, he has been the Chairperson of the Taiwan Alumni Association, which in 2025 received the Tohoku University International Alumni Association Award in recognition of its outstanding efforts to promote the university and strengthen alumni connections.
