We are thrilled to officially welcome Dr. Chanon Pornrungroj was elected as the new President of Tohoku University Alumni Thailand (TUAT) this spring!

Dr. Chanon is not only a distinguished alumnus of our university with an outstanding career, but also a former President of TUFSA and former Director of TEDxTohokuUniversity. Since his student days, he has played a key role in promoting international exchange and enhancing the global profile of Tohoku University.

We look forward to working with Dr. Chanon and the new leadership of TUAT to further
strengthen the ties between Tohoku University and our Thai alumni community.
